Bacon Fried Cabbage
A simple yet flavorful dish that can be made in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Remove bacon and set aside, leaving drippings in the skillet.
- Add cabbage to the skillet and stir-fry until tender.
- Mix in the cooked bacon, season with salt and pepper, and serve warm.
