Ingredients
- Kielbasa Sausage: 1 Polska kielbasa (or smoked Polish sausage)
- Bun: 1 hoagie roll or a sturdy sandwich bun
- Coleslaw: Store-bought or homemade (about 1 cup)
- French Fries: About 1 cup (frozen or homemade)
- BBQ Sauce: Your choice (around 2-3 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Prepare the Fries:
- Cook the French fries according to the package instructions if using frozen fries, or fry them fresh until golden and crispy. Set aside.
- Cook the Kielbasa:
- Assemble the Sandwich:
- Place the cooked kielbasa in the hoagie bun.
- Top generously with coleslaw.
- Add the crispy French fries on top of the coleslaw.
- Drizzle BBQ sauce over everything to taste.
